City of Surprise Questions 1 & 2 (November 2009)

There were two City of Surprise Questions 1 & 2 propositions on the November 3 ballot in Maricopa County for voters in the city of Surprise.

Question 1 asked for voter approval of city bonds. This proposition failed with 71.3% of votes against it.

Question 2 asked for general planning approval by voters. This proposition also failed with 57.57% of votes against it.^[1]
