Several City of Tulare City Charter Amendments, Measure W are on the November 2, 2010 ballot for voters in the City of Tulare in Tulare County. Measure W was approved.

The charter amendments proposed in Measure W concern:

  • When municipal elections are to be held.
  • The procedures to be used when signatures are submitted on initiative, referenda and recall petitions.[1]
  • Separating the title of "Parks & Recreation Director" from "Library Director"
  • Repealing sections of the charter that are no longer applicable.
