Measure I: "In order to continue funding for essential City services, such as libraries, street/park maintenance, public safety, the Performing Arts Center, and local programs for persons of all ages, including seniors and at-risk youth, shall City of Vacaville Ordinance No. 1843 be approved to continue the existing excise tax for twenty-five years without increasing current tax rates and with all funds staying locally with the City of Vacaville?"[1] |
