A City of Victorville Adoption of a City Charter, Measure P ballot question was on the June 3, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Victorville in San Bernardino County, where it was approved.
The point of Measure P was for Victorville to adopt a city charter rather than remain a "general law" city.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in August 2008, Victorville was the second fastest growing city in the United States.[1]
