A City of Winters Police and Fire Advisory Vote, Measure Y ballot proposition was on the June 8, 2010 ballot for voters in the City of Winters in Yolo County, where it was approved.
Measure Y, an advisory vote, was accompanied on the ballot by Measure W, a binding vote that, since it was approved, increased the utility users tax in the city to 9.5%.
