A City of Winters Utility Users Tax, Measure T ballot question was on the June 3, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Winters in Yolo County, California, where it was approved.
Measure T reduced the existing utility user's tax from 5% to 4.75%, while expanding the types of utility use to which the tax applies.
