A City of Woodland By-District Council Member Elections, Measure U ballot question was on the November 4, 2014 election ballot for voters in the city of Woodland in Yolo County, California. It was approved.

Measure U was designed to make city council members in Woodland be elected by district, rather than at large in the whole city.[1]

The question on the ballot:[1]

Shall Ordinance No. 1561 adding article II of chapter 27 to the Woodland Municipal Code, related to Council elections, be adopted, establishing "by-district" elections whereby voters would elect Council members from among candidates who live in their respective district?[2]
