Clara Campbell
Clara Campbell is a judge on the Third Judicial District in Maryland. She was appointed by Republican Governor Larry Hogan on July 8, 2016, to succeed Judge Stephen J. Baker.[1]
Biography
Campbell received a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Her professional experience includes working in private practice, both at her own firm and as an associate with another lawyer. Campbell has also handled cases for the Cecil County Planning Commission.[1]
