|- Children and their families are our school district's most important stakeholders. Therefore, I will be sensitive to the needs of all children and their parents, focusing on equity and equality for all schools.
- I will advocate for the success of the whole teacher, such as teacher pay, professional development, social and emotional needs of teachers, and creating access to equitable distribution of resources.
- I will advocate hiring a superintendent with a proven data-driven success record of transforming low-performing schools and improving learning gaps and school safety.
