Clara Moran
Clara Moran is a judge for Division XXVIII of the New Mexico 2nd Judicial District Court. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.
Moran (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for the Division XXVIII judge of the New Mexico 2nd Judicial District Court. She won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Moran was first appointed to the court by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) on July 2, 2020.[1]
Education
Moran earned her J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2005.[1]
Career
Prior to her judicial career, Moran worked in the office of the New Mexico attorney general from 2015 to 2020. She previously worked in a number of roles in the Office of the Second Judicial District Attorney.[1]
