Clarence A. Pacarro
Clarence A. Pacarro is a former judge of the O`ahu First Circuit District Court of Hawaii. He was appointed on June 7, 2002, to fill the seat of retired Judge I. Norman Lewis.[1] Pacarro retired from the court in December 2019.[2]
Education
Pacarro earned a B.A. from the University of Hawaii and a J.D. from The Lewis and Clark College.[1][3]
Career
From 2000 until his appointment, Pacarro worked as a per diem judge for the First Circuit. He also had his own practice focused on litigation. Prior to that, Pacarro had worked for the Honolulu Department of the Corporation Counsel, the Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney, and the law firm of Davis Reid & Richards.[1][4]
