Clarence E. Shattuck is a judge for the Hamilton County General Sessions Court, Division III in Tennessee. He is based out of Chattanooga.[1][2] He was elected to this position by the Hamilton County Commission on October 20, 1982, to replace Judge Raulston Schoolfield. His current term ends in 2022.[3][4]

Education

Shattuck received his B.S. degree from Tennessee Technological University and his LL.B. (1960) from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.[3][5]

Career

Shattuck began his career in 1960 working for the law firm of Kelley and Dirisio. In 1996, he founded a law firm with Sam Payne (a former Circuit Court judge). He later went into practice with Judge Durby. In 1982, he was appointed to the General Sessions Court.[3]
