Clarence Holmes
Clarence "Clancy" Holmes was the justice of the peace for Precinct 3 in Wood County, Texas. He did not seek re-election in 2014 and retired at the end of his term.[1][2][3]

Holmes won the Republican primary, receiving 72.6 percent of the vote. He was re-elected to Precinct 3 after running unopposed in the general election.[4]
