Clarence H. Mullins (1895-1957) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Mullins was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on March 19, 1943, to a new seat created by 56 Stat. 1092; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 7, 1943, and received commission on April 16. He served as chief judge from 1948 until he assumed senior status on May 31, 1953. He served until his death on June 30, 1957.
