Biography
Clark Pope was born in Sterling, Illinois. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1992 and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1993.[1]
