Claude Prather

Claude Prather was a Kentucky District Court 30 judge serving Jefferson County.[1] He lost re-election and his term will end on January of 2011.[2][3]
Prather has served on this court since 2003. He has also worked as a prosecutor and defense attorney. He says he has proved himself during his tenure on the court, explaining, " I have worked diligently to move the dockets efficiently while showing fairness and respect to all who come before me."[4]

Prather was defeated by challenger Sandra L. McLaughlin on November 2, 2010.[2]
