Biography

Daniels-DePeyster earned her undergraduate degree from SUNY at Buffalo. She received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Law.[1]

Daniels-DePeyster previously worked as a solo practitioner focusing on criminal and civil law and as an attorney for the Bureau of Investigations and Trials of the New York City Fire Department. Prior to her appointment to the New York City Criminal Court in 2015, she served for 11 years with the New York City Police Department as an assistant deputy commissioner of trials. [2]
