Clay County Charter Amendments, 3 (November 2010)
Three Clay County Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Clay County.
All three measures were approved
The first measure sought to amend the charter so that gambling in the county would need to be voted on at the first election after it is made legal in the state.
The second measure sought to remove a section of the charter which deals with gambling, but the right to gamble would still be preserved in the charter.
The third measure sought to set out rules for filling vacancies on the Charter Review Commission.[1]
