Clay Tinney is a judge on the Randolph County District Court in Alabama. He was elected to the court in 2012 and his term expires in 2018.[1][2]

Tinney defeated W. Patrick Whaley in the Democratic primary on March 13, winning 62.86 percent of the vote. He was elected after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[3][4][5]
