Campaign themes

2014

Moore's Facebook page highlighted the following campaign themes:[2]

#1 My campaign is based on Fixing What Is Broken First!!! We need to have a tax code that will make it equal for Small business

to be able to pay the same amount of tax that a corporate business would pay to open a business in our counties!!

#2 We need to make our counties more attractive!! With that being said, we need to work with community organisations as well as the High Schools and College, to help clean up our counties and give tourists a reason to stop in and visit.

#3 Bullying has been a big issue nation wide that is a must to fix!! I am vowing to pass legislation that would make all school systems require security cameras in classrooms and hallways.

#4 I am Pro 2nd Amendment. I am a concealed weapons holder and will work on a bill that would allow any police officer or military veteran that has atleast 10 yrs of service, would be eligible for a renewal of concealed weapons license free of charge. They Have earned it!!!!!

#5 I am Pro-Life! The only way an abortion should be done is in instances of Rape, Incest or the sake of the mother!!

#6 I am a friend of Coal! My Great grandfather, Grandfather, Uncles, and My Father have supported family on miners wages for yrs, and i will support any bill that keeps our miners underground to support their families and keep West Virginia's Economy growing![3]
