A Clearcreek Township Fire Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Fairfield County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the township of Clearcreek to increase property taxes by 3 mills ($3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for a continuing period of time in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
