A Clearwater City Tax Exemption Referendum question is on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Pinellas County, which is in Florida, where it was approved.

This question authorized the City Council of Clearwater City to grant certain property tax exemptions from new and expanding businesses in order to encourage new, full-time jobs.[1]
