Cleta Winslow
Cleta Winslow was a member of the Atlanta City Council in Georgia, representing District 4. She assumed office in 1994. She left office on January 3, 2022.
Winslow ran for re-election to the Atlanta City Council to represent District 4 in Georgia. She lost in the general runoff election on November 30, 2021.

The city of Atlanta, Georgia, held a runoff election for any race where no candidate received a majority (50 percent plus one) of the general election votes cast in the general election the month prior.[1] Incumbent Cleta Winslow defeated Jason Dozier in the runoff election for District 4 seat on the city council.
