Hayes (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 91. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 4, 2025.[source] The Democratic primary for this office on June 17, 2025, was canceled.
Biography
Hayes attended Oscar Smith High School. He received a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Norfolk State University. He received a M.M. degree in business administration from Cambridge College. His professional experiences includes working as an accounting technician for Landmark Communications, working in the Chesapeake Commissioner of the Revenue’s office, and serving as the chief information officer and technology director for the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office.[1]
