Cliff Hayes (Democratic Party) is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 91. He assumed office on January 10, 2024. His current term ends on January 12, 2028.

Hayes (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 91. He won in the general election on November 4, 2025.

Biography

Hayes attended Oscar Smith High School. He received a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Norfolk State University. He received a M.M. degree in business administration from Cambridge College. His professional experiences includes working as an accounting technician for Landmark Communications, working in the Chesapeake Commissioner of the Revenue’s office, and serving as the chief information officer and technology director for the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office.[1]
