Clifford Blakely
Clifford Blakely is a judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California. He assumed office in 2019. His current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Blakely won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Blakely was appointed to the court on January 3, 2019, by Gov. Jerry Brown (D) to replace Gloria F. Rhynes.[1]
Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, an article announcing Blakely's appointment identified him as a Democrat.[1]

Blakely earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law.[1]
