Born in Baltimore City Northwest(park Heights) area educated in Baltimore public schools. my goal was to become an insurance Agent because it was a Great profession and I loved interaction with the public. I have been a democratic 30 years and can see the Changes in our country I can no longer endure. Corruption in the House, The Senate even the office of the president, it seems my party has in the past have turned the other cheek to the Maga extremist, by thinking this is politics as usual and by no means its not, its a Dangerous threat to our Democracy. from the overturning of Roe V Wade to the Horrible tragedy's and lost of life of the now historic Jan 6th insurrection to the increase Automatic Weapons violence, that is caused by this maga congress to ignore and block legislation that hurts the American people physically ,mentally and financially. which means that we need extreme consequences to rid ourselves of an extreme maga congress. a congress which is currently blocking funding for the Francis Scott key bridge due to extreme conspiracy theories of the funding is part of getting funding for The Green New Deal.
  • economy , to help the economy we have to help impoverish citizens to the means of education and Jobs Programs that provide them with a livable income and Certified blue collar profession. a wage increase in the Federal Minimum to 21.85 with a cost of living increase of 1.50 every two years for the next years. this increase will Create competition in the work force not inflation nor will it cause job loss, throughout the years other states and corporations have increased minimum wages way above the Federal minimum wage of 7.25 and their are no decrease in jobs or cause of inflation. this wage increase will minimize homelessness and poverty in the U.S
  • Abortion. Reproduction Rights for women is an absolute right for women which should not ever been overturned, those on the supreme court born in 1950 to 1965 should know the horrors of what the world was like before roe vs wade. unqualified physicians, large increase of child abandonments, Deaths to young mothers attempting their own abortions .which is why organizations like Planned Parenthood were born providing millions of people in the us with contraception, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and life saving cancer screenings and SAFE LEGAL ABORTIONS. This is what helps young mothers and fathers from protection against and unwanted pregnancies' and family planning the start of a family.
  • immigration, immigration is really the key to US future of thriving productive country if governed correctly. first we have to stop the demonizing of our Neighbors across the southern border. and we have to legislate a bill that is current with the times. which means a more humane processing systems to speed up the documentation of legal immigrants to rights of citizenships and humane process of deporting illegal immigrants. If the US and Mexico work together with a joint jurisdiction plan to educate illegals of the process and procedures to become legal to cross other borders. this would decrease the population of illegal crossings an unnecessary death and hardships of immigrants and the cost of tax dollars of increase of border security
Federal wage increase to 21.85 and a Federal Program Poverty to Profession will help increase the current declining middle class. by investing in our homeless, veterans, unemployed, incarnated and low income wage earners in to a Federal program that will enhance them to education (GED PROGAMS, BLUE COLLAR TWO YEAR COLLAGE DEGREES, APPENTSHIP CERTFICATION PROGRAMS) this program will be a 10 to 14 week preparation for placement we will be working with employers and Unions along with Community collages to place these individuals after completion on path to a livable wage and a certified Profession so they will be able to afford the necessaries of food and shelter but will become tax paying citizens and not dependents of society.
Barak Obama, the reason he was given a bad economy and a senate and house whos main goal was to foresee him as a one term president. he proceeded to get through their challenges and achieve the sighing of the affordable care act and wining a Secord term and improved they economy
The heart Passion, not to be afraid of challenges or change not afraid to sacrifice for the better good of my country
The Legacy That I changed how the United States Governs this country
Dude ,Where is my Country. By Michael Moore which really shows the change of the Republican's party and what has grown to today.
no I do not, their have been experienced politicians who never passed a bill yet
I think House terms should be increased to three and senate decreased to four
how do you keep an Idiot in suspense?
resolve the underlying disagreements. But even though the parties to a compromise continue disagreeing on a controversial issue, a compromise can prevent their disagreement from spiraling into a full-blown conflict.
first it should start in its own back yard, investigation powers on congressman and women who ignore subpoenas and get to still on committees, congress should be able to allow whether whos in power to manipulate and abuse power of impeachment or powers to expel, withhold legislation due only from party disagreements. so congress investigation powers should be fair, equal and ethical in and within its own chambers and outside to the public.

Campaign website

Spellman’s campaign website stated the following:

Issues of the people
Legal Abortion Job Growth Minimum wage increase to 21.85 Hand gun Expungement Reform wage garnishment reform Automatic weapons reform (banned to carry in public) Programs to Educate homeless, former Incarcerated and low income and unemployed Citizens for Certified Classified Jobs with a livable wage of income.Rights of the LGBTQ community.Auto Insurance subsidies for seniors and low income Citizens, thousands are of Good drivers are driving uninsured not by choice but affordability, you should not have have to choose between your Insurance and your monthly essentials( Rent,Mortgage, Food, Medicines etc..)

Economy
My Passion is getting Americans a wage increase of 21.85 an hour. It would give a a livable wage so that they can afford the necessities ,with some disposable income left over to enjoy, for themselves and their families. It will Also Decrease Poverty and Homelessness.

Job Growth
The Poverty to Profession Program that I am Proposing to congress, is a Job Program to Help the homeless, Incarcerated, unemployed, people living disenfranchised Neighborhoods. this program will also reinforce the shrinking middle class and provide a livable wage income along with a Certified Profession. the program will be 10 to 14 weeks of training to prepare for apprenticeships for Electrician, Plumbing, Hvac, Carpentry Etc... also Professions like nursing And Accounting. we will be also Providing Ged programs for those who did not Graduated high school

Legal Abortion
Roe VS Wade was put into place for a reason for the many fatalities of woman receiving abortions by unlicensed individuals, infant abandonments along with fatal Pregnancies that need an urgent Abortion. A woman's right to make her own decision rather physical or mental on whether they choose to have child or not. The States nor the federal Government should not have laws in place to criminalize women and their physicians for having an abortion.

Immigration

  • immigration is really the key to US future of thriving productive country if governed correctly. first we have to stop the demonizing of our Neighbors across the southern border. and we have to legislate a bill that is current with the times. which means a more humane processing systems to speed up the documentation of legal immigrants to rights of citizenships and humane process of deporting illegal immigrants. If the US and Mexico work together with a joint jurisdiction plan to educate illegals of the process and procedures to become legal to cross our borders. this would decrease the population of illegal crossings an unnecessary death and hardships of immigrants and the cost of tax dollars of increase of border security

Gun Violence
Gun Control is an issue that needs immediate action, we cannot let our Country keep falling victim to gun violence. certain members of congress have the Appalling Idea of gun Control is to have armed Teachers/Staff and employees of Schools, Places of faith Shopping establishments, will stop Armed persons from invading public places and murdering adults and children. banning assault weapons and background checks will decrease gun violence, adding more guns in public places will cause a high percentage of more gun deaths of innocent lives

Political Corruption
Congress has to stop treating these Maga Politicians like politics as usual. how can congress expect that with this extremist congress in power that any legislation can get done. because these Rogue politicians have no interest in governing a country let a alone passing bills into into laws. they only have interest in three things Getting Trump back into power, doing interviewers on conservatives media news programs and Spreading lies and conspiracy theories targeted towards people of color, gender and faith. these type of extremist acts should no longer be allowed in our Government. there should be immediate action towards this abusive behavior toward our democracy. because of these political extremists there has been a threat of overturning the government and institutions along with injuries and deaths of American Citizens due to their reckless acts. extreme consequence's should be put into law for extremists politicians. these laws should apply to every American Citizen including congress, the senate and the president and vice President. the law should state anyone found accused of threats to our democracy by physical or conspiracy threats. will be expelled and banned from federal office and depending on the severity of the crimes prosecution and imprisonment.

LGBTQ Rights
People have the right to live their lives that fits their lifestyle and Culture. the LGBTQ communities have been under attack for decades ever since they came out for Equal rights and no longer hiding in the shadow of shame that society has cast upon them. today its a more liberal society but not everyone in society are not ready to accept different lifestyles and Cultures. Which means we have to protect all citizens rights of the united states without prejudice and Discrimination.[2]
