Biography

Curtis was born on August 14, 1958, in Salem, Illinois. He pursued his legal education at Barry University of Law, Cambridge University, and McGeorge Law School. His professional experience includes working as a government corruption lawyer involved with veterans law, social security law, immigration law and as a computer programmer.[1]

Clint Curtis is an attorney, who practices Government Corruption Law, Veterans Law and Social Security Disability Law. He is the founder of the Law Offices of Clint Curtis & Associates which has six attorneys that practice in most areas of law including Family, Bankruptcy, Wills, Trusts, Immigration and Criminal Defense.

In addition Clint has devoted hundreds of hours providing free services to the community. He regularly hold workshops that provide free legal assistance for Naturalization, Veterans Compensation claims and Expungement workshops. Clint is also an officer of Hispanic Americans Political Initiative and is on the board of a Domestic Violence Prevention and Counseling non-profit.

Clint attended law school at Barry University School of Law, Cambridge University in England and McGeorge University.

We can start to turn the clock back on climate change with the following proposal. : I propose that we provide infrastructure that allows gas stations to be equipped with battery changing stations and provide the incentive to replace our fossil fuel cars with electric cars. With the technology we have today, we have electric cars that are faster than a corvette and have a range of over 300 miles. by providing the ability to refuel in under 90 seconds so these cars have no range barriers we could reduce our emissions by over 80%. Just look at how quickly the pollution began to disappear when fewer people were driving gas cars during the pandemic.

This would also reduce the cost of fuel to each citizen by 2/3rds . It would be like gasoline being priced at 70 cents per gallon. By adding a surcharge we could accomplish this program for no additional cost to our budget and would even be able to provide drivers with their first electric car that would outperform the gasoline cars they drive today.

It is inspiring in keeping everything in perspective. Something that is essential in this troubled time.
The way we were
When I was a whistleblower regarding the election process being compromised by computerized voting systems.
An independent committee that attempts to make each district as competitive as possible.
The US House is the office that has the greatest responsibility to the voters. The two year term means that they must produce results in a fast fashion. For me, that means in two years I must establish a lottery dedicated to our senior that will double most Social Security checks and lift EVERY senior out of poverty. I must also establish a new infrastructure that allows us to move our fossil fuel vehicles to electric and begin to reverse climate change. This requires a nationwide infrastructure that allows electric vehicle such as Tesla to be able to have unlimited range AND make sure that each driver has one of those vehicles. it would also add 10s of thousands of new good paying job. Both should be achievable since they add no cost to the bidget and will reduce vehicle fuel costs by half.
No. In fact it can be counterproductive since it is one of the few offices with such a short term and so directly responsible to the voters.

I have made a promise to self term limit at three terms but also have a proposal that would persuade individuals to self term limit. I propose that the House adopt an accelerated retirement package that allows a member to achieve full retirement at the end of six years if they are not employed in any capacity by a company where they voted on any bill related to that company or the subject of their employment. in addition they would have a recall provision here they are available, at no additional fee, for special committees and investigations. They are also prohibited from accepting any lobbying employment. Should they pass this three term mark the retirement package reverts to those presently available to all other federal employees. That would require them to have twenty years service if they opt out of the self term limit retirement package.
Since i am self term limiting at three terms and most members of the house have been in the house for decades, it would be almost impossible to join the leadership.
