A Clio City City Officer Fine Amendment proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Genesee County, which is in Michigan, where it was approved.

This proposal amended the Clio City Charter to raise the maximum fine of City officers from $100 to $500 when they fail to comply with subpoenas in connections with a City investigation.[1]
