A Clio City Investigation Expenses Amendment proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Genesee County, which is in Michigan, where it was approved.
This proposal amended the Clio City Charter to require the expenses of certain investigations as covered under Section 5.18 of the Clio City Charter to be approved by City Commission.[1]
