Clyde S. Cahill, Jr. (1923-2004) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Cahill was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on April 2, 1980, to a seat vacated by James Meredith; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 21, 1980, and received commission two days later. He assumed senior status on April 9, 1992, and served in that capacity until his death on August 18, 2004. Cahill was succeeded in this position by Catherine Perry.
