The Coalition For Free and Open Elections (COFOE) is a nonpartisan organization in the United States that aims to promote fair ballot access. According to their website, "Full and fair access to the electoral process is a right central to democracy."[1]

Members of the COFOE include the Committee for a United Independent Party, the Conservative Party, the Constitution Party, the Green Party, the Libertarian Party, the Reform Party and the Socialist Party.[2]

COFOE's field representative, Richard Winger, publishes their monthly newsletter, Ballot Access News.[1]
