Cody Ryan ran for election for an at-large seat of the Palomar Health District Board of Directors in California. Ryan lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Ryan was a 2016 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 41st Congressional District of California.[1]
