A Cold Spring School District, Measure C ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the Cold Spring School District in Santa Barbara County, California, where it was approved.
Measure C authorized the Cold Spring School District to borrow $2.44 million.
Eight months earlier, voters in the district had defeated Measure R, a significantly larger ($8.5 million) bond proposition.
A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for approval.
