Cole McNary
Cole McNary (b. July 10, 1964) is a former Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 86 from 2009 to 2013.
McNary earned his teaching certificate in physics from the University of Missouri Saint Louis, MBA from Saint Louis University, and B.S. in aviation management from Auburn University.
He is a member of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce and United Methodist Church of Green Trails.[1]

Cole McNary endorsed Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election.[2]
No New Taxes Pledge
A minority of Missouri lawmakers signed the 2011 edition of the "No New Taxes Pledge." The Taxpayer Protection Pledge is offered by the nonprofit lobbying organization Americans for Tax Reform with the goal of opposing all tax increases as a matter of principle. Just one out of 34 state Senate members signed the 2011 pledge. Out of 163 state House members, only 38 lawmakers signed.
McNary signed the pledge.[3]
Elections
2012
McNary ran for Missouri Treasurer in 2012.[4] He was unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary. Incumbent Clint Zweifel (D) and Sean O'Toole (L) were also unopposed for their respective parties.[5] McNary was defeated by incumbent Clint Zweifel in the general election on November 6, 2012.[6]

On November 4, 2008, Cole McNary ran for District 86 of the Missouri House of Representatives, beating Martha Ott.[7]
