Coleen Hall Dailey is a magistrate on the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas in Lisbon, Ohio. She was appointed to the court by former Judge David Tobin in 1995.[1]
Education
Dailey received her undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.[2]
Career
Before becoming a magistrate, Dailey worked as a general practitioner for ten years.[3]
