Colin H. Lindsay is a federal magistrate judge on the Western District of Kentucky. He joined the court on January 1, 2015. His current term will expire on December 31, 2023.[1]

Early life and education

A native of Morgantown, West Virginia, Lindsay earned his bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.[1]

Professional career

Following his graduation, Lindsay worked at the firm of Frost, Brown, Todd, LLC. From 2002, he was a partner in the litigation department of Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP.[1]

Judicial career

Western District of Kentucky

Lindsay joined the Western District of Kentucky as a federal magistrate judge on January 1, 2015. His current term will expire on December 31, 2023.[1]
