Colin Yost is the Hawaii Public Utilities Commissioner. He assumed office on April 14, 2023. His current term ends on June 30, 2030.

Gov. David Ige (D) appointed Yost to the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission on November 1, 2022 to replace Jennifer Potter.[1] Yost was reappointed by Gov. Joshua Green (D) on March 3, 2023 and confirmed on April 14, 2023.[2]

Biography

Colin Yost earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from the Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law. His career experience includes working in renewable energy.[3]
