Colleen Duffy
Colleen Duffy is a judge for the 2nd Department of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division. She assumed office in 2014. Her current term ends on December 31, 2039.

In 1981, Duffy earned her undergraduate degree from the New Rochelle School of Arts & Sciences, an M.A. from Boston College in international relations and public affairs in 1983 and a J.D. from New York University in 1989.[1][2]
