This measure renewed a tax levy for 3.8 mills in the Village of College Corner for 5 years for the purpose of current operating expenses.

Text of the Measure

Language on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of College Corner (Butler and Preble Counties) for the purpose of current operating expenses at a rate not exceeding three and eight-tenths (3.8) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-eight cents ($0.38) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.[2][3]
