Colorado Campaign Finance Amendment did not appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment. The proposed measure would have allowed for public funds for state citizens to run for state wide or legislative offices. If approved, the measure would have added Article XXX, Colorado Citizen-Funded Campaigns, to the Colorado Constitution.[1]

In order to qualify the proposed measure for the 2010 ballot a minimum of 76,047 valid signatures were required. The signature filing deadline for the 2010 ballot in Colorado for initiated constitutional amendments was August 2, 2010.[2] However, as of petition deadline day, no signatures were filed.
