Colorado Proposal No. 4 was on the ballot as an initiated state statute in Colorado on November 8, 1960. It was defeated.

A “yes” vote supported establishing that the standard time in Colorado be advanced one hour from 1:00 AM on the last Sunday in April until to 2:00 AM on the last Sunday in September.

A “no” vote opposed establishing that the standard time in Colorado be advanced one hour from 1:00 AM on the last Sunday in April until to 2:00 AM on the last Sunday in September.

Ballot title

The ballot title for Proposal No. 4 was as follows:

An act to provide that from 1 o'clock A.M. of the last Sunday in April until 2 o'clock A.M. of the last Sunday in September of each year the standard time in Colorado shall be advanced one hour.
