The Colorado Equalization of Tax Assessments Amendment, also known as Measure 15, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Colorado as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure regarded the equalization of tax assessments at full cash value by state and county boards of equalization.[1]
