The Colorado Juvenile Tried as Adults Initiative did not appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute. The measure would have amended Colorado Revised Statutes 19-2-102 which outlined the guidelines for sentencing a juvenile.[1]

In order to place the proposed measure on the ballot, supporters were required to collect a minimum of 76,047 valid signatures. The signature filing deadline for the 2010 ballot in Colorado for initiated state statutes was August 2, 2010.[2] However, as of petition deadline day, no signatures were filed.
