The Colorado Publication of Measures Amendment, also known as Measure 16, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Colorado as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have modified the publication of constitutional amendments and initiated and referred laws.[1]
