The Colorado Renewable Energy in Retail Sales Initiative did not appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute.

To ensure a transition to a clean energy economy to improve air quality and to protect public health through the establishment of a clean energy standard for providers of retail electric service.

In order to place the proposed measure on the ballot, supporters were required to collect a minimum of 76,047 valid signatures. The signature filing deadline for the 2010 ballot in Colorado for initiated state statutes was August 2, 2010.[2] However, as of petition deadline day, no signatures were filed.
