Colorado held an election for three of nine seats on the state board of regents on November 3, 2020. The filing deadline was March 17, 2020.
As of the 2020 election, Republicans had held a majority on the state board of regents for 40 years.[4] Heading into the election, Republicans held five out of the nine board seats. In District 7, no Republican candidate filed to run for the seat.
Callie Rennison won election in the general election for University of Colorado Board of Regents District 2.
Ilana Spiegel won election in the general election for University of Colorado Board of Regents District 6.
Nolbert Chavez won election in the general election for University of Colorado Board of Regents District 7.
