Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure 2 was as follows:

An Amendment to the Constitution of the State of Colorado by adding thereto a new article to be numbered and designated as "Article XXII—Intoxicating Liquors" prohibiting the sale of intoxicating liquors; and the manufacture and importation of intoxicating liquors for sale or gift.
