Party: American Constitution Party of Colorado

Incumbent: No

Submitted Biography "I am educated in economics and finance and am seeking a position as a personal banker or financial analyst. I am a strong conservative and have been a member of both the Republican and Libertarian parties in the recent past. Leadership in both parties made it known their disgust for some of my values. I am running to give people an option to have a State Treasurer who will be a bulldog in looking for wasteful spending and eliminating it in mass. Not just nip at the edges."

No. I believe it is only necessary to have an understanding of the role by virtue of education and/or experience. Previous government experience could give the Treasurer unnecessary loyalty to particular programs that may be run inefficienly.

Make the percentage of the yes votes higher to achieve passage. It's currently too easy to persuade the more passive voters with a high budget to vote for an initiative.
