Colorado Water Rights and Irrigation, Measure 22 (1912)

The Colorado Water Rights and Irrigation Act, also known as Measure 22, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Colorado as a veto referendum, where it was defeated. The measure would have altered water rights related to irrigation.[1]
