Colorado district judge from Weld County to retire

Colorado: District Judge Gilbert Gutierrez of the Nineteenth Judicial District is set to retire on August 22, 2010. Gutierrez has served as a state district judge since January of 2003, and has been retained twice. He has decided to retire even though he is not up for retention election this year.[1]
